Internet Safety

Internet had plays a huge role in our life nowaday. Keep private information private. I think this is the most important rules that everyone need to be aware. You should never give out your personal informations to other people specially people you don’t know. For example phone number, home address, credit card numbers, password… because you might got into troubles by giving out these personal information.

Make a longer and stronger Password. Creating password is another thing that you should be careful. Try to make a strong password to avoid people from guessing it correct. And remember to not share it with anyone.

Be careful on what you post. It’s important for you to think before you post anything. Whether it’s picture or message, because there might be people or even your friends using these against you or cause you problems.

Don’t accept friends request from people you don’t know. For example in Facebook, make sure you know the person before you accept his/her as friends. Because by having strangers as friend, they might take your self-information, and use it to cause you problem later on.

Don’t share your own photo with anyone you don’t know. Because once you had share it with them, you don’t know what they will do to that photo. Or maybe you could know but you still can’t control what they will do and who else will see. Therefore, you shouldn’t share or send your photo to strangers.

Protect your computer from virus. Try to check your computer to see if their is any virus in it. if it is, then you would need to clean it, so it won’t damage your computer or files you had saved in it.
